5. Shipping & Delivery (Australia Post)

We ship all orders using Australia Post.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to Australia Post, delivery times, handling, and transit are outside our control.

Nimbin Hemp is not responsible for:

• Delivery delays caused by Australia Post

• Lost or stolen parcels while in transit

• Damage caused during transit by Australia Post

Shipping timeframes are estimates only.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must:

• Lodge a claim directly with Australia Post, and

• Contact us within 20 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos or videos)

We may assist with Australia Post claims where applicable but do not guarantee replacement or refund for courier-related issues.
