We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Topical Product Notice
Due to the nature of topical hemp products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Opened or used products
• Skin sensitivity or individual reactions
• Results not meeting personal expectations
Individual reactions or sensitivities do not constitute a product fault.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a minor failure, we may choose to provide a replacement or another appropriate remedy.
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement.
Evidence Required
To assess any claim, we require reasonable evidence of the issue. This may include:
• Clear photos or videos
• A description of the issue
• Returning the product for inspection
Claims cannot be assessed without sufficient evidence.
20-Day Claim Period
All claims for faulty or defective products must be made within 20 days of receiving your order.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
What Is Not Considered a Fault
We do not provide refunds or replacements for:

• Opened or used products (unless faulty)
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or incorrect storage

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
