Nimbin Hemp exists to bring the rare qualities of the Northern Rivers to the global market — without compromise.
We work directly with a small network of carefully selected farmers in and around Nimbin, a region defined by ancient volcanic soils, a clean subtropical climate, and a long-standing respect for the land. This is not large-scale industrial agriculture. It is relationship-driven, place-led cultivation.
Our role is to set the standard. We partner with growers who share our commitment to organic principles, outdoor sun-grown cultivation, and low-impact farming methods. Crops are grown using natural rainfall and local water sources, without pesticides or synthetic inputs, allowing the plant to fully express the characteristics of its environment.
Rather than chasing volume, we focus on selection, consistency, and refinement. Each harvest is assessed against strict quality benchmarks before it becomes part of the Nimbin Hemp supply. What doesn't meet our standard simply doesn't carry our name.
Sustainability underpins everything we do. Hemp is a naturally regenerative crop, known for improving soil health and contributing to meaningful carbon capture each growing season. By supporting responsible farming practices, we help ensure the land is strengthened, not depleted, year after year.
Every batch is tested locally through accredited facilities on the NSW–Queensland border, ensuring full traceability, compliance, and confidence from farm to final product. For complete transparency, copies of our full spectrum hemp Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available at any time upon request — simply email us and our team will provide the relevant documentation.
