Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer fast, reliable shipping across Australia.

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
  • Cost: $9.95 (Free shipping on orders over $100)
  • Tracking: Provided via email once your order is dispatched

Express Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
  • Cost: $15.95
  • Tracking: Provided via email once your order is dispatched

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (depending on destination)
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • Customs & Duties: The customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country

Important: Please check your local regulations regarding hemp products before ordering. Nimbin Hemp is not responsible for packages held or returned by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the courier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility:

  • Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our team at contact@nimbinhemp.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Send the item back to the address provided
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (faulty or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) at no cost to you.
